The environment is full of so many toxic elements and particulates that it is difficult to separate and test for each and every one to determine the detriments to our health.  Our external environment, with air and water pollutions, pesticides, and synthetic chemicals is cause for much of our toxicity. However, the toxins inside our homes and offices may be even worse. Combine the external issues with our internal toxic catalysts, such as stress, hormones and neurotransmitters.

Think about the fact that over 70,000-75,000 identified synthetic chemicals are floating around in our external environment and any one could cause us to become ill. As a matter of fact, 200 synthetic chemicals are known to be hormone disruptors.  But when are we ever exposed to just one?  What are the effects of a combination of toxins?  What happens when external toxins mingle with our internal toxins?
