- Use non-toxic building materials in your home.
- Install a water filter to get rid of chlorine and contaminants that are easily absorbed by the skin.
- Vacuum and dust often.
- Avoid exercising or living near major roads.
- Avoid applying toxic chemicals to your body…such as nail polish, sunscreen, makeup, lotions.
- Fill your home with plants that produce oxygen and absorb VOC’s.
- Open up doors and windows to air out the house or workplace often.
- Relax, rejuvenate, and detoxify your body.
