It is indeed practical to implement living waters into one’s lifestyle.  There are various technologies currently available to us for producing the best Naturally Hydrating water.  There is a class of existing water technologies that will reduce the “dead-cluster” size of 25 molecules to around 5-7 molecules: 

1. One can stir a single glass of water with a crystal wand that does reduce the cluster size.
2. One can put tap water through an alkalizing water machine that also reduces the cluster size.
3. One can use a machine such as the VOLIXER or the Vitalizer+ or a number of other water vortexers to decrease the cluster size.

In all these technologies, one can improve the final result by adding sea water or sea minerals to the water before using the technology.  From here on, we will call Naturally Hydrating (NH) water, water that has both the correct cluster structure and the right natural ocean trace mineral balance.
