I just finished reading the article The Soy Truth on this site. I am in a state of cunfusion! Why are there so many studies that profess soy to be this miracle health food, if it is so bad for you? I am a vegetarian and I eat soy in some way on a daily basis. There are so many products available and the convenience of these products is quite appealing. Is it really that unsafe for me to be consuming these product? If so, what do you recommend I do to get adequate amounts of protein in my diet? |

| I thought the article was strong, but deleting soy 100% out of your diet is not the answer for a lot of us. We just need to be conscious about our soy choices. For instance, the goal should be to eat fermented soy (miso, tempeh, etc) and organic soy products. The only mainstream organic soy line I know of is Tofurkey. They are privately owned and spend more to ensure pure, organic products. |

| I am happy to report that I have recently seen soy protein powder that comes from fermented soybeans. Obviously, the truth about the dangers of eating soy is becoming more commonly known. Hallelujah! |
